To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, our hotel has established the following terms and conditions of use based on our Accommodation Agreement. Please note that if you do not comply with these terms and conditions, we may be forced to refuse your accommodation and use of our hotel facilities, and you may be required to bear the cost of any damages incurred by the hotel. 1) An evacuation route map from your room is posted on the back of your room entrance door; please check it. 2) Please lock the inner lock and door latch while in your room, especially when sleeping. 3) If someone knocks on your door, open the door with the door latch locked or check through the peephole. Also, if you suspect an intruder, do not open the door carelessly and contact reception. 4) Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel. If smoking is detected anywhere in the hotel, including in your room, you will be charged a fee of 30,000 yen or more. 5) The use of open flames for heating, cooking, etc., is not permitted in your room. Please refrain from any actions that could cause a fire. 6) You may not use your room for purposes other than accommodation, such as commercial activities (exhibitions) or meetings (parties), without the hotel's permission. 7) You may not move any furnishings in your room, or make any significant changes to the room's condition, such as altering or modifying the interior, without the hotel's permission. 8) Please do not place anything that would detract from the hotel's appearance near the window. 9) Please meet with visitors in the lobby. 10) We strictly prohibit accommodation for anyone other than registered guests.
